CALL TO ORDER by Chair Randy Vande Slunt 7:30 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

APPROVAL of November 14, 2022 Minutes Motion:  Dylan Peterson/Randy Vande Slunt to approve minutes – Carried

TREASURER’S REPORT

   Checking $ 19,982.31

   Saving $ 278,626.70

   CD $ 116,900.02     Approved as Read by Randy Vande Slunt

BILLS READ: Motion to approve payment of all bills made by Matt, seconded by Dylan – Carried

PUBLIC COMMENTS:  Question regarding clerk signing on November minutes.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

*Caucus Meeting – January – Motion made by Randy seconded by Dylan to hold the Town of Waupun Caucus meeting on January 9, immediately following the monthly meeting beginning at 7:30pm. – Carried

*Treasurer Position – Motion made by Dylan seconded by Matt to adopt the ordinance for treasurer to be an appointed position and put on the ballot for the next election. – Carried

*Sales Tax – Motion made by Matt seconded by Dylan to use the sales tax received from the county for road repair. – Carried.  

OTHER BUSINESS: Matt gave information regarding new tires and prices for the Peterbilt truck.  Matt will explore more pricing options.
