PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

APPROVAL of September 12, 2022 Minutes Motion:  Matt Vellema/Dylan Peterson to approve minutes – Carried

TREASURER’S REPORT

   Checking $ 12,864.19

   Saving $ 458,410.63

   CD $ 116,855.84     Approved as Read by Randy Vande Slunt

BILLS READ: Motion to approve payment of all bills made by Matt, seconded by Dylan – Carried

PUBLIC COMMENTS:  Comments were made on the railroad crossing improvements on Savage Rd.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

*VanBever CSM – Motion made by Dylan to approve the VanBever CSM seconded by Matt – Carried

*Budget – Discussion on preliminary budget. Budget to be approved in November.
