CALL TO ORDER by Chair Randy Vande Slunt 7:30 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

APPROVAL of August 8, 2022 Minutes Motion:  Dylan Peterson/Matt Vellema to approve minutes – Carried

TREASURER’S REPORT

   Checking $ 21,585.62

   Saving $ 536,939.53

   CD $ 116,855.84     Approved as Read by Randy Vande Slunt

 

BILLS READ: Motion to approve payment of all bills made by Matt, seconded by Dylan – Carried

PUBLIC COMMENTS:  None

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

*Jon Venhuizen introduced himself and gave some insight on his role as a new county board member.

*Joe Venhuizen gave a report and information regarding Envision Greater Fond du Lac, and how their different programs can benefit the community.

*Special Use Permit Communication Tower – Based on the recommendation of the Board of Appeals, a motion to grant the Special Use Permit for the communication tower to Bugtussel was made by Randy seconded by Dylan – Carried

*Lawnmower – After discussion on the current lawnmower problems and research done by Matt for purchase of a different lawnmower, a motion was made by Matt to purchase a John Deere lawn tractor from Ballweg Implement seconded by Randy – Carried

OTHER BUSINESS: Matt gave information regarding various options of different blades for the snowplow.
