NOTICE OF SPECIAL
TOWN BOARD MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024 at the Town of
Waupun Town Hall, N4369 County Highway M, the Town of Waupun Town Board intend
to conduct a special meeting to discuss the conditions of the property located at N2775
Astra Drive. Please take further notice that during the meeting, the Town Board reserves the
right to convene into one or more closed sessions pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the
purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written
advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the
Town is or is likely to become involved.
