CALL TO ORDER by Chair Randy Vande Slunt 7:30 p.m.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

APPROVAL of June 13, 2022 Minutes Motion:  Matt Vellema/Dylan Peterson to approve minutes – Carried

TREASURER’S REPORT

   Checking $ 37,674.01

   Saving $ 464,129.89

   CD $ 116,680.82     Approved as Read by Randy Vande Slunt

BILLS READ: Motion to approve payment of all bills made by Matt, seconded by Dylan – Carried

PUBLIC COMMENTS:  None

  UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

*Matt made a motion to adopt the ordinance for treasurer to be an appointed position and put on the ballot for the next election. Motion seconded by Dylan – Carried.

*Motion was made by Randy to accept the shop lights from First Ayd for a total of 1914.88, to be installed by Waupun Township maintenance. Motion seconded by Matt – Carried.
